Rare Case Refunds
If our tools do not work for more than 2 days, we will refund your money — only in rare cases, and subject to the conditions described below.
1. General Policy
Jupiter SEO Tool ("we", "us", or "our") provides shared (group buy) access to premium digital tools, with access activated almost instantly after payment. Because of the nature of this digital, shared service, all purchases are generally considered final and non-refundable. The only exception is the rare case described above and explained in detail below.
2. When You May Be Eligible
A refund may be considered only if all of the following apply:
- The tools you purchased were non-functional for more than 2 continuous days (48+ hours) due to an issue on our side.
- You reported the problem to our support team during the affected period and gave us a reasonable opportunity to fix it.
- Your account has not been blocked, suspended, or flagged for any rule violation (such as account sharing).
3. What Is Not Covered
Refunds will not be provided in situations such as:
- Change of mind, or no longer needing the Service.
- A single tool being temporarily unavailable while other tools continue to work.
- Problems caused by your own device, internet connection, browser, or incorrect use.
- Accounts blocked or terminated for sharing or for violating our Terms.
- Time or access already used during the active plan period.
4. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, contact our support team with your registered email address, the plan you purchased, and a clear description of the issue — including the dates affected and, where possible, screenshots. Please allow us a reasonable amount of time to verify the problem before a decision is made.
5. Refund Processing
If your request is approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method. The time it takes to appear in your account may vary depending on your payment provider or bank.
6. Chargebacks
If you experience any issue, please contact us first so we can help resolve it. Filing a payment dispute or chargeback without contacting us may result in the immediate suspension or termination of your account.
7. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Refund Policy from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with a revised "last updated" date. Your continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated policy.
