Jupiter SEO Tool provides shared (group buy) access to a collection of premium third-party SEO, design, writing, and productivity tools. Because access is shared across a community of members, pricing is significantly lower than purchasing each tool individually.

Access is provided on an "as available" basis through our dashboard. The specific tools, features, and limits included in a plan are described on the relevant plan or dashboard page and may change from time to time.

3. Eligibility & Account Registration

To use the Service you must be able to form a legally binding contract. When you register, you agree to provide accurate and complete information and to keep it up to date. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.

4. Account Usage Rules

To keep the shared service stable and fair for every member, the following rules apply to all accounts:

• One account = one user. You may not share your account or access with any other person, including friends, family, or colleagues.
• Accounts found to be shared or accessed by more than one user may be automatically blocked by our system without notice or refund.
• Do not use proxies, VPNs, or other methods to disguise, multiply, or abuse access.
• Unless expressly permitted, you may not add or save your own projects, campaigns, or data inside the shared tools.
• You may not resell, sublicense, or redistribute access to the Service.

5. Pricing, Payment & Billing

Plan prices are displayed on the website and dashboard and are the same for all users. Access is typically activated instantly after successful payment. Plans are time-based (for example, monthly) and do not automatically renew unless stated otherwise at checkout.

Unless explicitly advertised, we do not provide additional offers or discounts beyond the listed price. We may update our prices and plans at any time; changes will not affect a plan you have already paid for during its active period.

6. Refunds

7. Acceptable Use & Prohibited Activities

When using the Service, you agree that you will not:
